Signature recipes to suit every palette

At ANNA we have developed signature recipes to suit every palette: fruit cake soaked in Cointreau and Ginger wine; a zesty twist on an old favourite infused with lemon syrup and layered with fresh lemon curd; or the perfect Victoria sponge with vanilla syrup and raspberry preserve.

We love any excuse to experiment so if you have something special in mind let us know.
